Trade Invoice, the premium online invoicing software solution is yet again getting a whole lot better.

As promised, we will soon be installing our Xmas present to subscribers; a new version of the system that includes the following new features:
- Optional 6 Month and Yearly subscription purchase options with 20% and 40% discounts respectively
- Faster emailing of documents
- Payments Listing with:
 - Easy date range selection
 - Export To Excel option
 - Links to associated Invoices and expenses
- Ability to customize your default email message for Quotes and Invoices sent via email.
- Option to select whether or not your Company Number appears on your Invoice, Quote and Statement.
- View PDF preview option allows you to see the PDF version of Invoices, Quotes and Statements before you send it.
- My Account page improvements making it easier to understand your subscription.
- Credit card acceptance improvements
- Various other minor improvements.

Maintenance necessary to implement these improvements has been scheduled for the following time:
- Aust. EST 21 Dec 10am to 10:30am
- UK GMT 20 Dec 11pm to 11:30pm
- US EST 20 Dec 6pm to 6:30pm
- US WST 20 Dec 3pm to 3:30pm.

We are pleased to announce that Trade Invoice version 2.2 was implemented on Thursday 29th November. This release includes the following wonderful new features:

- Ability to change the Quote and Invoice headings to whatever you want them to say.
- Various new system walk-through guides.
- User definable additional customer data fields.
- A wide range of new currency symbols can now be selected without having to change your country.
- Expenses entry now enables you to enter a tax percentage and automatically calculates the tax amount.
- Improvements to Quote and Invoice PDF layouts.
- Improvements to Quote and Invoice Template creation and handling.
- You can set your default unit price amounts as being either including or excluding tax.
- Various improvements to the user interface to be even more intuitive.
