Well it’s that time again when the development team at Trade Invoice work night and day to finalize a new release of the system.

Due out next week, we’re introducing the following great new features:
- Ability to change the Quote and Invoice headings to whatever you want them to say.
- Various new system walk-through guides.
- User definable additional customer data fields - This one is really cool!
- A wide range of new currency symbols can now be selected without having to change your country.
- Expenses now enable you to enter a tax percentage and automatically calculate tax amount.
- Improvements to Quote and Invoice PDF layouts.
- Improvements to Quote and Invoice Template creation and handling.
- You can set your default unit price amounts as being either including or excluding tax.
- Various improvements to the user interface to be more intuitive.

Unfortunately this will require about 2 hours system down time while we implement the upgrade but we assure you it will be worth it. We’ll soon advise all subscribers by email when this will occur.
